The original music radio festival “Music from Batumi” starts today. The first concert will take place at 8:00 PM at 18 Memed Abashidze Street, in an open-air setting. Musical evenings will continue in Batumi over the next four days.
On August 15–16, the festival will also be hosted by Kobuleti and Keda. Admission to the event is free. At the same time, listeners and viewers will have the opportunity to follow the live concerts through the live broadcast of the Adjara Public Broadcaster’s Television and Radio.
The festival continues to grow in scale. This year, 16 bands are participating in the project, including an Azerbaijani jazz quartet, which will present a special concert programme.
The radio festival has been held since 2023 and aims to promote the original music of local musicians. The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Batumi City Hall.
